Lunch vouchers
The ACC will be providing food and drink for all delegates, speakers and exhibitors throughout the Festival. Menus are freshly made from scratch on site every day.
Included in your registration
Tea and coffee will be served to all attendees during morning and afternoon breaks, and water is available at all times.
The Welcome Reception on Monday evening is free to attend, and all are encouraged to come and socialise with friends and colleagues, new and old, over a glass of beer, wine or non-alcoholic options. Please indicate if you plan to attend during the registration process.
Optional food and drink vouchers to purchase during your registration
In order to keep the price of registration as low as possible, lunch is not included in your ticket. A wide variety of hot and cold food options will be available to purchase on site during the Festival.
You can purchase lunch vouchers in advance during the registration process, or pay by cash/card on the day.
Please note, you will not be able to exchange vouchers for cash, nor receive cash change when spending vouchers.
We suggest allowing £10 per day, which will cover a delicious meal and hot/cold drink.
You can select any of the following during the registration process (prices inclusive of VAT):
- 1 x Lunch voucher - £10
- 2 x Lunch vouchers - £20
- 3 x Lunch vouchers - £30
The menu choices will range from:
- Loaded Jacket Potatoes
- Mexican Kitchen
- Indian Road Trip
- Ramen Station
- Build our own salad bowls
- Old school soup & a sandwich
- Sandwich Meal Deal (sanswich, fruit, x2 snacks & a drink)
We are working closely with the venue to develop a menu that offers a diverse selection of dishes, while also prioritizing options with a low carbon footprint. Our aim is to provide sustainable, high-quality meals that align with our commitment to environmental responsibility.
