Multiple ways to share your research
We welcome two types of poster abstract– ‘Traditional’ and ‘Preregistration’. Preregistration posters give the opportunity to submit plans for studies yet to be undertaken, whereas traditional posters describe work that has already been completed.

In addition, throughout BNA2025, we will showcase 24 posters in dedicated flash poster or ‘rapid fire’ sessions. Flash poster presentations are 3 minutes long, with 1 power point slide. This is a great opportunity to highlight the key points of your poster and encourage delegates to visit you during your poster presentation.

Highlighting Credibility in Neuroscience
The BNA supports neuroscientists to make their research as robust, reliable, replicable, and reproducible as possible. We encourage poster presenters to demonstrate ways that they have made their work more credible and highlight their efforts using our Open Science Badges.

You can add up to three Open Science Badges to your abstract during the submission process. For more information on Open Science Badges, visit https://bnacredibility.org.uk/open-science-badges.

Recognising excellence
The BNA is proud to recognise excellence amongst our student and early career community. During BNA2025, Poster Prizes will be awarded to eligible presenting authors. Please indicate whether you would like to be considered for a prize during the abstract submission process.
