UKRN Credibility in Neuroscience bursaries

UKRNThe BNA is delighted to be partnering with the The UK Reproducibility Network (UKRN) to offer bursaries of up to £500 to attend the BNA2019 Festival of Neuroscience and learn about credibility in neuroscience. 

These bursaries are available to all delegates of BNA2019, regardless of career stage.

Deadline for applications = 20th March 2019

To be eligible for a UKRN-BNA bursary you must meet the following criteria:

  • the applicant must attend the BNA2019 Festival of Neuroscience

  • the applicant commits to attending the following sessions at the BNA 2019 meeting (list sessions)

  • the applicant will be required produce a short report (max 750 words) reflecting on what they learnt about credibility in neuroscience following the meeting, and to participate in a survey.

  • the applicant will be asked to participate in promotional activity for the UKRN and/or the BNA

Please note that BNA bursaries are paid in pound sterling.  Any currency conversion costs will be subtracted from the amount awarded.

The UK Reproducibility Network (UKRN) is a peer-led consortium that aims to ensure the UK retains its place as a centre for world-leading research, by investigating the factors that contribute to robust research, providing training and disseminating best practice, and working with stakeholders to ensure coordination of efforts across the sector.
