Proteintech bursaries

We are thrilled that Proteintech Europe, in partnership with the British Neuroscience Association, is offering four £250 bursaries to student and early career neuroscientists attending the BNA 2019 Festival of Neuroscience in Dublin.

Deadline for applications = 28th February 2019

These BNA2019 bursaries are offered as part of Proteintech's commitment to supporting early career researchers; the company regularly offers travel grants to talented scientists throughout the year, including awards for the FENS forum and the Society for Neuroscience annual meeting.

To be eligible for a Protinetech bursary you must meet the following criteria:

  • be a PhD student based at a university or research institution in the UK.  
  • be an early career post-doc based at a university or research institution in the UK, where 'post-doc' is defined having completed your highest degree or F2 no earlier than 1 January 2014 (see application form for full definition)

The chosen recipients will each receive a £250 bursary towards the cost of registration, accommodation and travel to the BNA 2019 Festival of Neuroscience.

Please note that Proteintech bursaries are paid in pound sterling.  Any currency conversion costs will be subtracted from the amount awarded.
