You said; we did!

We want BNA2025 to be the best Festival yet! And we're on a continuous learning curve, developing ways to improve the experience for you, our delegates. Following feedback from BNA2023, the event planning team have revised various elements as follows:

There were some implications of starting the scientific programme on Sunday morning in terms of travel, caring responsibilities, and disrupting a work-life balance

We did:
We have taken this into consideration, and BNA2025 will begin with a welcome celebration reception taking place on Sunday evening, with the scientific programme kicking-off officially on Monday morning (28th).

You said:
The welcome reception for BNA2023 finished too late after a long day, with limited food options after this time.

We did:
The Sunday evening welcome celebration reception will end at 7.30pm, and a list of local restaurants and eateries will be provided to delegates ahead of time.

You said:
The posters were located in too many different areas (5 in total), providing some confusion and making it difficult to navigate posters in a communal theme.

We did:
There 2 main poster areas, they will be grouped on theme with clear guidance made available to delegates beforehand.

You said:
It was disruptive to have the exhibition break down during the event and not available on the last day.

We did:
The exhibition will run all on all days of the conference.

You said:
Although the vegetarian options were praised, there was simply not enough variety from day-to-day.

We did:
We are working with the onsite catering team at the ACC from the offset to ensure that the vegetarian offerings are varied.

The app was handy, although there was some confusion on how to use it, and the floorplan did not work as it should have.

We did:
We will be inviting all delegates to a handy masterclass on the app well ahead of time, with video tutorials housed on the BNA2025 website for easy access.
